How do I secure my event date?

Your event date is reserved once your booking deposit has been submitted and confirmed by our team.

Is the booking deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we reserve your requested date exclusively for your event.

When is my remaining balance due?

The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and is due prior to your scheduled event date.

Can I make payments toward my balance?

Yes! We are happy to arrange installment payments prior to your event upon request.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak event seasons.

Do you travel outside of DFW?

Yes! Travel outside of the DFW area may be subject to additional travel fees.

Can packages be customized?

Absolutely. We offer customization options and add-ons to tailor your experience to your event vision.
