Terms of service

Overview

By booking services with XOXOPOP, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth booking process and protect both parties throughout the event planning and execution process.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date. No date is secured until deposit payment has been received and confirmed by XOXOPOP.

Deposits will be applied toward the total balance of your booked package.

Final Payment

Remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event of client cancellation, payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for partial refund at XOXOPOP’s discretion depending on cancellation notice and incurred preparation costs.

Event Changes / Rescheduling

Requests to modify event dates, times, or service details must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

Travel Fees

Travel outside of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex may incur additional travel fees. Final travel fees will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

  • Accurate event details at booking
  • Safe and accessible event space/setup area
  • Timely communication regarding event logistics

Failure to provide adequate setup conditions may impact service delivery.

Liability

XOXOPOP is not liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

  • Weather
  • Venue restrictions
  • Power outages
  • Acts of God
  • Client/guest misconduct

Media Release

XOXOPOP reserves the right to photograph and/or video event setups for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Agreement

By submitting payment and booking services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
