Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with XOXOPOP!
We want you to love your purchase — here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and issues.


Digital Products

All digital downloads (including templates, printables, and files) are final sale.
Because of the instant delivery nature, I can’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once files have been sent or downloaded.


If there’s an issue with your download or the file is corrupted, please email contact@thexoxopop.com, and I’ll gladly help you resolve it.


Physical Products

For non-personalized physical items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Custom or personalized orders (such as name ornaments or made-to-order gifts) are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a personalization error, please email contact@thexoxopop.com, within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
I’ll send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress.
